Truth be told, I am a farm girl at heart, and there is no place in the world that I would rather be than at my little piece of heaven where the animals are happy, the work is plenty, the pastures are green, the space for creativity is endless, and the air just seems to be purer and a little easier to breathe. My goal in life is to be minddful, be passionate and be intentional. What do I grow on my farm? This could be up for interpretation, but here’s is my take on it. I grow happy pasture pets, cuddly cats, and spoiled dogs that give me all the loving therapy I could ever need. I grow beautiful green pastures, an abundance of beautiful flowers, berries of many varieties, and a wonderful green lawn that gives me the chance to put my feet in the grass often. What else do I grow? I am really good at growing very persistent weeds that seem to need no care in order to thrive or go to seed, I magically grow gophers who definitely could compete with bunnies in the reproduction category, and I grow weary when the two aforementioned things sometimes get ahead of me. What have been my favorites to grow? Here are my top 3! I have loved growing wiser and developing skills that I can teach and share with others. I have loved growing older and developing a more thorough understanding of who I am and what is truly important in life. I have loved growing three amazing daughters who I love and adore.
